Tibbaa.nl | For various events ParkingYou sells parking tickets that you can book in advance as a consumer, so that you are assured of a parking space. In order to offer this service, we work together with Tibbaa. We do not process the information you provide and can only see it. Tibbaa does the processing. Through our account we can see who has bought parking tickets and for which event. We have insight into the information you have entered and the date / time that you bought the ticket. We only use this information as soon as you have a question regarding your purchase. |

ParkingYou will endeavor to ensure that personal data that are processed are accurate and accurate. In addition, ParkingYou will not process more personal data than necessary. When sending your application and CV:

2. With whom do we share your personal data or which service providers have insight into your personal data?

Service providers who have insight into your data à We have contracts with service providers who can only understand your data as soon as there is a reason for it. We do not actively share data with this, but they can view the data in the systems as soon as we actively involve them to help us. This is necessary to correct faults and provide you with the right service. These service providers process our personal data on our instruction and under our responsibility. In such cases, your personal data will remain under our control. In accordance with our legal obligation, we conclude a processor agreement with these external service providers.
Internal employees who have insight into your data à We assume that your data is always confidential in nature. Every ParkingYou employee is therefore obliged to maintain confidentiality. This also applies to third parties hired by ParkingYou or appointed in another way to carry out work. Persons who are responsible for carrying out technical work on our systems are also bound to secrecy. In short, everyone who understands your data is charged with a confidentiality obligation.
All data will only be used for the purpose of the relevant application and will not be further distributed.
We require all external parties to respect the security of your personal information and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our external service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only allow them to process your personal data for specific purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
3. How do we protect your personal data?
We have taken appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost or opened, modified or disclosed in an unauthorized manner. In addition, we restrict access to your personal data to the necessary employees, contractors and other third parties. 7. Social media
On our social media channels you will find current events, information, offers and facts about the region around the parking location. Through these channels you can easily get in touch with ParkingYou and you can participate in discussions, respond to posted content or take action in a different way. We would like to exchange ideas with you and receive your opinion about (the services of) ParkingYou. In this way we can continue to improve our services. We ask you not to publicly place privacy-sensitive information of yourself or others (such as email address, name, address, telephone number) on these channels, but to share your data with us via a private message. ParkingYou will only use the data you share to answer your question and to improve its customer service. Publicly sensitive privacy sensitive data may be removed by ParkingYou.
